Still haven't reset the closing date that expired on the 31st. Good news is that the seller has agreed to pay for the tie downs that are getting installed on the 4th and if all goes well they may even get inspected the same day. After that there is nothing left except to get everything to the underwriter.
Gee.... some where in the beginning of all this I seem to remember someone saying that there is no reason that we can't close in 3 weeks aka the 24th of Aug........
