It has been a long busy day and I am exhausted, gonna get some dinner then take a shower and go to bed. Will try to do my regular Monday posting tomorrow(yes, I realize that it is already Tuesday).

House Hunting (Update) 9-8-09
The tie downs were installed yesterday and they were inspected today. If everything else stays on track we will close on the 16th. 8 days to closing and I haven't even started to pack yet.........

Well I started adding up the cost for changes that need to be made and for some changes I want to make.
Roof $3000 +/- including replacement skylight, materials only, delivered to the roof
Windows $3300 for all windows before 30% energy rebate
Front door $349 + $69 for jamb extension to fit 2x6 wall
Locks $250 +/-
Exterior Paint $300 including trim, Spackle, primer and paint
Interior Paint $200 +/- including tape and texture materials
Refrigerator $1000 If I don't buy one I won't have one
HVAC Won't be able to get a quote until after closing for servicing, $150 for duct cleaning
